These terms apply to your use of the Blue Andaman Exclusive website and to charter enquiries and bookings made through it. Blue Andaman Exclusive is operated by Abetter travel&tour, a licensed tour operator in Thailand (Tourism License 32/01028).
Enquiries and quotes
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary by season, itinerary and availability. A quote becomes binding only once confirmed in writing by our team. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and a deposit received.
Bookings and payment
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before departure. The specific deposit amount, payment schedule and inclusions are set out in your individual quote and booking confirmation.
Cancellations and weather
Cancellation terms vary by yacht and season and are stated in your confirmation. Safety comes first: if the captain considers conditions unsafe to sail, we will work with you to reschedule or agree a fair alternative.
Conduct and safety
Guests must follow the reasonable instructions of the captain and crew at all times. The captain has final authority over the vessel, route and itinerary for the safety of everyone on board.
Liability
We take great care to deliver a safe and enjoyable charter. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the charter, and we are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
