Charter experiences
A corporate yacht charter in Phuket turns a routine team day or client meeting into something people actually remember, without the forced fun of a hotel function room. We run private, crewed charters across the Andaman Sea for groups large and small, with catering, a professional crew and the logistics handled end to end. You bring the people; we handle the boat, the route and the day.
Meeting rooms flatten people. Put the same group on the water and the dynamic shifts within the first hour. There is no head of the table on a yacht, no fluorescent light, no clock on the wall driving the agenda. Conversation opens up over lunch on the aft deck, and the people who stay quiet in the office often say the most useful things once they have a cold drink and a view of Phang Nga Bay. For client entertaining it reads as considered rather than corporate. For a team, it resets the mood in a way a hotel function room never quite manages.
Our fleet handles most group sizes. A crewed catamaran is the workhorse for corporate days: stable, shaded, with enough deck and saloon space for eight to twenty guests to spread out or gather. Larger motor yachts and sailing catamarans take bigger numbers for cruising, while speedboats suit smaller, faster itineraries. For parties beyond a single hull we run two or three boats in convoy so everyone travels together and meets at the same island for lunch. Tell us the headcount and the feel you want, and we will match the vessel rather than squeeze you onto whatever happens to be free.
Food does a lot of the work on a corporate day. The galley handles fresh Thai dishes and grilled seafood, with Western options, platters and fruit laid on through the day. We cater for vegetarian, halal, vegan and allergy needs when you tell us in advance, and we can arrange a set menu or canapes for client events that need to look the part. Soft drinks, water and ice come as standard. Beer, wine and spirits can be stocked to a package or run on consumption. If you want a specific whisky on board or a birthday cake for a colleague, say so and we will sort it.
The point of chartering privately is that the day bends to you, not a fixed timetable. That said, the crew keeps it moving. A captain, host and deckhand handle the boat, the safety brief, the snorkelling stops and the timing, so no one on your side has to project-manage lunch. You can build in a short address or a toast, then let people swim, paddle board and sit in the sun. Nothing feels regimented, but the logistics underneath are tight: enough time at each island, a plan for the weather, and a return to the marina when you actually agreed, not an hour late.
Most corporate charters run as full days of roughly eight hours, though half days and sunset cruises work well for shorter events. Departures are usually from Chalong, Ao Po or Royal Phuket Marina depending on the boat and where your group is staying. We arrange hotel transfers so guests arrive together rather than drifting in by taxi. For larger events we send a running order in advance covering pickup times, the route, lunch and the return. National park fees apply to some destinations and are folded into the quote. Book well ahead for high season, roughly November to April, when the best boats go early.
Client entertaining, a team reward, an incentive trip or an offsite each want a different tempo. For clients we lean towards a calmer route, good food and privacy for conversation, often to Phang Nga Bay or the quieter side of Coral Island. Team days can take in Phi Phi, snorkelling and a bit of friendly competition. Incentive groups arriving from overseas usually want the signature sights, James Bond Island or the Similans in season, run smoothly with transfers handled. Tell us what the day is meant to achieve and we will shape the itinerary around that, not the other way round.
Best for companies planning client entertaining, team days, staff rewards, incentive trips or an offsite that needs to impress without feeling like work.

View Details →It depends on the vessel. A single crewed catamaran comfortably hosts around eight to twenty guests for a day charter, while larger motor yachts take more. For groups of thirty, forty or beyond we run several boats together so everyone departs, lunches and returns as one party. Send us your headcount and we will confirm the right combination of boats.
Pricing depends on the boat, the group size, the season and the length of day, so we quote each event rather than list a flat rate. As an indicative guide only, a full-day private group charter tends to start in the mid five figures of baht and rises with larger or more premium vessels. Catering and bar packages are added on top. You get a firm quote once we know your numbers.
Yes. Every charter includes food, with fresh Thai dishes, grilled seafood and Western options through the day. We cover vegetarian, vegan, halal and allergy requirements when you let us know in advance, and can arrange set menus or canapes for more formal client events. Soft drinks, water and ice are standard, with beer, wine and spirits available by package or on consumption.
For a large group, the earlier the better. High season runs roughly from November to April and the best boats are reserved weeks or months out, especially around holidays and long weekends. For smaller groups in the green season we can often work with shorter notice. If you have fixed dates for an offsite or incentive trip, talk to us as soon as they are set.
The crew watches the forecast and picks routes with shelter, which is one advantage of a private charter over a fixed schedule. If conditions are genuinely unsafe we will discuss rescheduling or a sheltered alternative rather than push out into a rough sea. Andaman weather is mostly settled in high season, and even in the green season many days are calm enough to run comfortably.
Send us your dates and group size for a tailored quote, usually within a few hours.
